He made me comfortable with every decision and step of purchasing my first home. He was patient with the house hunting process, providing me with all of the tips and advice to find the right home for me, in the right location and for the right price. He was reliable and committed to set me up for success through the escrow process. He was a great negotiator on my behalf and got me a great price for my first home. He had quick, efficient and precise communication with me, escrow, the loan officer and the sellers agent. He assisted me with finding the right inspectors and even did his own thorough inspection. He even provided options for any home improvement companies that I’d like to use for my first home.
